Saw FA's attempt to Justify banning specific art...

The rules are not only still the exact same, but they are now trying to pull the Wool over our eyes by making up flowery nonsense to "Justify" themselves for making the Site more authoritharian.
"The terminology of “childlike body and adolescent animals” is a clarification that went into effect on September 8th, 2015 (7+ years ago) to an already existing rule that was created on November 24th, 2010 (12+ years ago) that banned content featuring minors in sexual situations.", is an issue as how can you tell what an "adolescent animal" even looks like? Sure there are some aspects, but how can you actually tell?
"While minors were banned from being in sexual content in 2010, users were still uploading children in sexual situations, saying that they were adults (e.g. 1000 year old vampire child) and therefore didn’t violate the rule as they were not minors."? Quick Question, What Children exactly? Drawn artwork? 3D Models? Those aren't actual children, they're either Pixels on a Screen, Ink on Paper preserved in a Digital Archive, or hours of hard work to develop and rig an animatable puppet! Involvement of Children in pornographic works would have to involve actual Minors IRL to justify triggering such a rule, a fact that artists here consider to be "rather disgusting"!
"At the time, Fur Affinity was owned by IMVU who had a firm stance against children presented sexually, and the rule was clarified by defining a minor as: “real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and any adolescent animals.”.", Which means that the one beacon of Hope about the change in management from a so-called "Fan" when IMVU bailed, turned out to be a case of "New Boss, Same exact tyrannical Dictator as the old one". I am ashamed I even CONSIDERED giving that individual a Chance!

After years of receiving user feedback via trouble tickets, we have decided to end this internal policy on July 1st, 2023.", and who exactly were the ones 'Sending Trouble tickets' to the admins? I remember how Walther Sache ended up permanently Banned for a Single piece of artwork that, while he did stubbornly try to keep putting it up, not a smart move, the fact that it was banned so quickly, so soon after posting, tells me that he either had a Lurker out to get him, or there are Bot accounts that kept Spam-Trouble ticketing the artwork just to force a ban on him!
Hek, even one of My favorite artists had received several strikes to his comic art for non-sexual artwork of two of his characters, simply because the female character was being a bit flirty that otherwise would not have gone anywhere! Considering the relatively low traffic of that Artist's work, due to the dates between each posting of his comic pages, there was no way an actual person with a life would have been there to ticket his comic page and have it be removed, which tells me that its a Bot account or the Site Admins that "Ticketed" my favorite artist's work, simply because a Girl was being flirty!

It is not enough to change the size of a character. Scaling a character up or down doesn’t change its proportions. Making an adult smaller doesn’t create a child and making a child bigger doesn’t create an adult. If the character has no difference from birth to elder, you will have to draw them non-canon for them to be acceptable in sexual situations.", meaning 'we don't CARE what you say, we only judge based on appearance rather than actual moral or character!', which is not only bollocks, but it shows that this is only about CONTROL. They don't care about our work, they don't care about us, its "My way or the Highway", thats all that it is.
"Generally speaking, as characters age, their proportions change. For humanoid characters, we compare to the proportions of humans and for feral animals we look to their earth counterparts or similar for fictional species.", which makes no sense. What happens if the adult is a Pygmy with a lot of care put into their appearance? Or if the child is a Giant that has been under a lot of stress? What if the Animal is a type that has a permanent Mustache regardless of age or gender? What then?
It's all Fancy Flowery Talk that tries to act as if they Care... But they don't. They KNOW conditions and bodily care exist, they know that dwarfism, Gigantism or Pygmys exist... Yet they utterly forget when writing these new bullshite rules!
This is why I call Fender a walking pile of BUNK, as anyone with a Working brain can already see this new nonsense being so easily abused! Everything written there is a poor attempt to Justify what is effectively Censorship of everything that does not Suit their Fetishes, and considering the fact that there is more Human pornography on this site than there is actual Furry artwork, to the point of it being actual photographs that aren't even photoshopped or involve extensive Cosmetic items to make the person LOOK like a Furry character, just shows that this isn't even FurAffinity anymore, its just a Generic Site for Fetishes now!
