It's been a strange few years, I can certainly say when I started writing that I didn't think I'd be where I'm at currently. Admittedly, I've recently come to the realize it's not where I want to be. This fall I will be returning to school in a different state, and I'm very excited.

I'm lucky enough that I have family and friends that support my decision to return to school for an associates degree in electrical engineer technology. It's a field that both intimidates and excites me with the prospects of getting to return to a field of study I left almost ten years ago.

The past few years have had their highs and lows, and one of my greatest regrets has been allowing the doldrums of daily life to diminish my desire to write. I still have stories that I want to tell, but I believe they will come slowly.

Thank you everyone that has stuck around to watch how my writing has changed over the years. I am hopeful this change is what I need and will be for the better.
