And Champagne is an older model bundroid so she doesn't have a VAP, or Voice Adaption Processor. VAPs allows a bundroid's voice synthesizer to cleanly swap between spoken languages without the need of replacing the synthesizer altogether.
Juno has one but it's an older model, which means any other language will have a French accent to them.
Breech also has one and it's the latest model. On top of speaking any language fluently, she can also fine tune it to have any accent. But she likes to copy her oldest sister so she bosses people around in French.
