Sadly our white Shiba Inu Tori passed away yesterday while visiting my wifes parents. She unfortunately was never 100% even as a puppy and managed to make it to 9 years old. She had the best year of her life going to the park every day even if she couldn't keep up too well with other dogs. She loved chasing birds the most, keeping to her namesake (Tori translates to bird in Japanese). She started to lose weight rapidly this year and we managed to extend her quality of life with appetite stimulants and injections, allowing her to a few months of vitality and fun before she stopped eating again due to her kidneys giving out.

 kabier is getting a tattoo of Tori and her parents are coming up this weekend with a little box of her ashes with her paw print on it.
