Hmm. Well. First thing I do is lay out what is going to happen so you don't get stuck in between scenes. Then, I write it in as much or as little detail as I can at the moment. Doesn't matter if there are typos, what's important is having the base thing done with no gaps. Then I sleep on it, and the next day go through it and fix/add as needed to try and make it better. I'm no professional but that's what I've been doing. Not planning ahead can get you stuck hard.
