...but he could be better, but he could be worse. Still can't move his left side but he's cognitive and coherent. Still trying to get the docs to feed him something solid instead of an IV drip. Been doing lots of paperwork to take time off to tend to him. Been waking up super early for the last few days, spending most of my days waiting with him and mom. Siblings are doing as much as they can to arrange travel to come over and visit as well.

I'm doing okay. More tired than stressed though I am taking naps while sitting with dad. He's talking to me alot more in the last few days than we have during the last few months. I blame working more than being home, but luckily I earned alot of medical leave to give me time off so it paid off.

I needed a vacation, just wish it wasn't like this. But things will perk up soon, I hope. If not, I can manage. Maybe, I dunno.
