Aside from having high blood pressure, being diabetic, and suffering from a Vitamin D deficiency, ain't dead yet. Though the pills I'm taking for those is leaving me kinda crappy feeling.
I can say that the side effects for my diabetes meds are messing me up but it is always random. One day I can't stop going to the bathroom, another I constantly felt like throwing up, and today I am sweating like crazy. Its either that or my screwy schedule due to work being short manned. My first two days are a regular 2pm to 10pm. But my humpday is a 2pm to 2am. Saturdays I work from 10pm to 6 am, and Sunday I do a 6pm to 6am. Its been like that for the last 3 weeks while we are waiting for a new hire to finish his armed training. My sleep routine is thrown all out of whack, I can't even do my regular chores on my day off because I'm sleeping, and it makes appointments hard to schedule. Hopefully this is the last day for it and we go back to our regular schedule soon.
While I am too exhausted to work on any kits I am keeping myself occupied with Vampire Survivors, it's clones and Balatro. That card game is damn addictive.
I'm still surviving on my end, though I'm starting to suspect that arthritis is starting to set in my hands. I should be glad if that's the only thing, though it's been making things more difficult these past week or two.
I think I'm hurting from something similar too. It's harder and harder for me to get up from my chair after sitting on it for hours on end, even with a large cushion on it. Im thinking of getting a massage chair cushion in the future.
