I too started a night shift 9pm to 5am and I made peace with it, for one it likely saved me from getting COVID, no human contact . But I can say you have to be consistent, black out curtains or tape up aluminum foil, I did, you must not see the sun before bed or at any time before you wake up. Take a melatonin if you need to change your schedule, take it an hour before you want your new sleep cycle to begin, so if you have days off and you want to spend them with friends take one tiny tab an hour before your new bedtime, have your fun then take another one to get back to your work schedule. I have done this for two years and I feel great. I hope you can make peace with it too.

GTA...ok you're in Toronto, not too far from me in Indianapolis, I have made that trip many times. I thought your gallery art had the appearance of tattoo lines to it, just lovely stuff. What does a nice tattoo cost? What is the price based on?

I would try my best. I need 8-10hr of sleep daily to function properly. Yet when the ideas invades my mind, I am too stubborn to let them lay to waste. Also, my bedtime get postpone often to make way for my dog's play routine. Shop is located in Markham. Price is mostly based on whether or not that I have to redraw/sketch a stencil for the tattoo.

Ah yes the dog factor. When I get home at 5:15am I need to walk the dogs because if they don't walk they don't sleep and if they don't sleep I don't sleep.
But the number one rule is that I must not see the sun. Sunlight messes up the sleep cycle and if you have melatonin and see it the effect is double.

So this tattoo design is like a pic one can put in one's gallery and have on bod? Also I honestly always wondered is there a way to fix a mistake?

I do hope you make peace with your schedule if you must work it. I do know the roadkill feeling, that's your biological clock gone haywire. I never get that now.
