While it’s fun to work on something like Serenity Base that is my own creation while being inspired by existing tv shows like the excellent Crystal Maze for one; sometimes it’s fun to take an existing idea and remake it with a modern twist as well as head down routes they never could have produced. I’ve already had a few delves into this with my short stories from a reimagined Noel’s House Party. That already had a grown up appeal if not a shall we say Adult one. So this time I’ve been struck by surge of inspiration that could well result in a remake of the icon of my youth Fun House. If you haven’t watched it and are a fan of classic games you really should. I’m not sure the direction this could take entirely but the games are likely to be as messy as they are madcap.
