Partially Bal’Kar? or fully Bal’Kar?

Ok so lots of people like to dip their toes into niche things they are unsure of every so often.
I’ve suggested “trial periods” temporary TF as such so people can get to experience the Bal’Kar without actually becoming a Bal’Kar in our chats.
As you know I like to depict people succumbing to the Bal’Kar FULLY. That to me is a crucial part of the Bal’Kar experience.
And I don’t just say that cause I’m greedy and just want everyone to be Bal’Kar *cough* >.>
More along the lines of having a bond/unity with a creature race that has little to no internal discourse.(yanno, since we suffer from it pretty severely as humans)
It’s mostly about the experience and journey to monsterhood.
It’s essentially an “in-the-moment” mind depravity session with a whole bunch of kinkiness strapped to it. And of course, embracing the monster within, letting it fully take hold.
Becoming an ugly nuisance for society, and being unwanted. Sound familiar?
Many people, especially in the furry fandom have experienced trauma in some way in their lives, albeit bullied at school or abused/rejected by family and friends.
The Bal’Kar was conceptualized around my own similar childhood traumas.
That’s why the Bal’Kar resonates with so many here, because they too understand how trauma works. We develop coping mechanisms over time, and soon we find the things that traumatized us end up turning us on, because we’ve acclimated to those conditions being around us in our day to day lives.
So, I’ll stress this: even when you’ve had your fun in the Bal’Kar community, there’s nothing really stopping you from just leaving and moving on with life. I’d say that’s inevitable in most cases and fairly normal common human behaviour. People like diversity and I respect that. I too have a diverse list of things I like too! It’s not always Bal’Kar!
But if DO you want the true Bal’Kar experience. We don’t really do the whole “borrowed powers” thing. At least canonically. We do the deep dive instead. Some stick to it because of the Bal’Kars aesthetic as a whole. Most will just want it because it’s on their bucket list.
I get that people want to try without consequence. But then you are not fully immersing yourself in the true depth of the decision or perhaps you don’t even want it to be a decision! It’s inevitable! (Which is also a mindset people enjoy) doing it any other way takes away from the true meaning of a Bal’Kar Transformation.
So to answer the titles question.
FULLY BAL’KAR!
I hope this gives you all more insight into my own story too.

FULLY BAL’KAR!

My life experiences made me what I am today, and I find many people in the fandom have gone through the same to get here. So there’s already a mutual understanding.
With the system as a whole though the Bal'Kar represents our ability to unify as one mind, there are days when all 11 of us feel like about the same person like we were almost the same person, and the Bal'Kar gives us a focal point to center around; from the idea that we would all merge if Benji(as the host and body) was to actually become Bal'Kar.
Firstly for what you said,
Secondly for the amazing creation that you have designed and the community you have built, that has brought people together from all over the place and helped cultivate lasting friendships.
I would love to try, I have a few OCs who could go fully.
I don't really have any character with who I can just go full kink monster-minded, so adapting a character or two could be pretty helpful for my mental health~
thought I would like to experience the Bal’Kar I also have life goals want a Life offline that I'm not sure are compatible with Bal’Kar
I say that based upon one or a few previous experiences that Bal’Kar may or mayn't have been part of
as long as this doesn't turn into a set 9-5 forty hours a week thing (or even 11-4 / set days & hrs)
then ok I will try
I find this is the mentality that stops a lot of people from doing it. And I’m here to say “hey! That’s kinda not how it works”, It’s fictional and you CAN actually turn back if it’s not for you.
