Blind "Grab Bag" type commissions. Opinions?

I'm thinkin of offering some commissions that'll be easy on both you and I. Not doing them now, of course, cuz I'm all busy and stuff, but in the future when things settle down a little more.
I'm not solid on the idea yet, but I was thinking of maybe posting a journal and having whoever was interested leave a comment with a reference, then sending me however much money they wanted. Then inbetween larger commissions, or whenever I just wanna draw something unrestrained, I could go down the list.
I'd be in control of the level of detail, posing, etc. Price probably wouldn't determine the level of detail by much, since I tend to go over board on that stuff anyway.. :P
But it'd be simple for both of us, I think. You post a comment and pay, I draw up whatever I like without stressing over the details of particular poses and we're both happy. I've done dozens and dozens of commissions successfully with no problem, so I don't think there will be a trust issue.
What do you all think? Sound like something you'd like to do? Should I set a price instead of allowing you to pay whatever you'd like? I think it's a good opportunity to offer cheaper commissions to people who normally can't afford to commission me, as well as helping to keep commissions fun for me. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. <3

And if you were concerned about that, I'd say you're better off just purchasing a full commission from the start and giving me free reign over the pose, rather than playing your luck with one of these.
I wouldn't complain if they paid full price, of course, but the idea for these would be to allow people to pay less than my normal prices.
For I have commissioned someone for a full price commission and then they did something like this, and 3 out of 4 of the people payed alot less then me and got the same level of detail.
And yeah, I got the idea from SpazzyKoneko. I bought a "blind" commission from her and it's one of my favorite commissions to date. And she had fun with it. I wanna try something like that.
