Commission ToS

This journal will be my official Terms of Service for commissions and other artwork. I will keep it up-to-date as any changes are made
All payments will be handled through PayPal invoicing, and payment is expected before any work begins. Once the invoice is received it must be paid within 10 days, failure to do so will result in removal from the queue.
Commissions are handled in batches, commissions within the same batch may be done in any order but each batch will be completed before any requests from a newer batch are started. The status for all my commission requests can be viewed on my Trello page. All requests are subject to approval before being added to the queue.
To request a commission, please contact me directly (not in the comments) with the following information:
-Email address
-What item/s you're commissioning
-Unshaded references for the character/s you want drawn
-Any extra details such as expression, pose, background, etc. that you want to be included. Anything not specified is subject to creative freedom
Will draw:
Dragons - feral or anthro, all variants (Wyvern, Amphithere, Noodle/Eastern, etc.)
Canids, felines, reptiles - feral or anthro
Other species - check with me first
Clothing
Inflation (excluding cumflation or fart-inflation)
Weight-gain
Won't draw:
Genitalia
Fetishes excluding inflation or weight-gain
Hateful / heavily-religious themes
Excessively graphic/violent/sexual scenes
Gore and excessive blood
Licensed/copyrighted characters - any characters drawn must either be your own or belong to someone who has given you permission to have them drawn.
Intellectual property
The finished artwork is the joint intellectual property of myself (the artist), the client, and the owner/s of any characters included. The artwork is permitted for personal use, and any monetary usage is not permitted without negotiation. Duplication of any commissioned artwork (e.g., tracing, using as AI input, etc.) with the intention to share publicly is also prohibited, for any party.
