These are my terms of service as of 9/26/2022. They're subject to change.
Commissions
Please have a proper reference sheet.
Refer to this listing to see what a character ref looks like.
I also need to know what species your character is. It'll help a lot to translate your character into my style :)
Here is a list of information I need for your commission:
- species
- reference sheet / photos / art
- if not listed on the reference..
- paw color (if applicable)
- tongue color
- claw color (if applicable)
Timeline
- I will try my best to finish your commission as soon as possible. It may take 3 - 30 days. However, I am consistent with updates on progress of art!
I cannot accept deadlines.
- I dedicate Mon-Fri to work on commissions, Etsy orders, adopts, and more.
- My trello is located here. I update it to the best of my ability, but the best way to see progress is to ask me.
Rules:
- You must own the character, as well as any reference art you have of them. I will NOT draw a character that doesn't belong to the receiving party.
- the exception to this is fan art, and explicit permission from the other party.
- I will do a few changes on the sketch upon request. Same as the line art and the base colors. If you request more than 1 or two changes upon the final draft of the drawing (ie. post shading, background, filters, etc.) I will charge $10 per edit.
- References are very helpful. However, I am uncomfortable with copying another artist's image directly. Please don't request this of me.
Additional Notes:
- I request that you respond within 24-48 hours of my messages. I understand life gets in the way, just communicate if you need to step away for a while :)
- You will receive a digital copy of the illustration upon completion in PNG format. I like to upload the image privately to imgur and shared to you for best quality, but if you want it emailed thats okay too.
- Please do not remove my signature. Crops of the image in good faith is fine :)
- You’re free to use your commission as icons on websites or post it on your own, but if so, please link back to my Twitter page!
- I will sometimes stream commissions, if you are not okay with this please let me know.
- I would like to post commissions on social media, including patreon. If you would like to keep it private, please let me know.
Adopts
My adopts are super lenient!
Once purchased, you have ownership of the character and its design, under these conditions:
Once purchased, you may:
- change the character's gender
- change the character's body type
- give the character a name / bio / etc.
You may not:
- use the character to promote hate speech or bigotry.
I'd also love to see any art you get for the character, if you get a suit, etc! Tag me when you can :)
Payment
- Right now, I mainly use P*yP*l for payment. I'm willing to do things like C*sh*pp or V*nmo.
- Payment is due by the time the initial sketch has begun.
- All art is for personal use only.
