So, there's been a meme going online and artwork being made of this, but in Cult of the Lamb there are sometimes when a follower might have dialogue that states they want to be sacrificed only for their request to involve a different follower or they give out a quest where you send one follower to prison and the follower your meant to send to prison is the one who gives you the quest in the first place.

Yet for some reason, despite how much time I've put into the game myself, I have yet to actually encounter either of these scenarios. Either I am just being that unlucky about this, or this has been patched out of the game at some point.
