Too Little, Too Late, & Not Enough
There was recently an update to FA in the form of some new things. The biggest thing that came out of that update, was a blacklist feature. There's just one problem with them adding this feature: It is too little, too late. The uncertainty around the 2.7 Ruleset update caused a mass exodus of users to Weasyl and several others like it. And because of the uncertainty; not to mention the fact that the staff admitted that their problem ticket system was abused; means that the blacklist feature has come too little, too late.
But wait, the blacklist feature isn't the only thing they added: They also updated their 2.7 ruleset to try and prevent the ticket system from getting abused. The problem is that they didn't do the one thing that needed to be done in the first place: Fully clarify what does and doesn't count as something being seen as underage.
So, as the journal title says, not only did the FA's blacklist feature come too little, too late after the initial exodus, but additionally, they didn't do ENOUGH with the recent update, by which I mean actually solving the initial problem in the first place.
