Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission or a YCH you accept that you have read my Terms of Service and agree with them.
Be aware that maybe I will start doing NSFW art when I turn 18, so this TOS may change.

- You can contact me on discord (Aly アリ#8239), by email (maxualy@gmail.com) or in FA notes.
I accept
- Any characters, species and backgrounds.
- Fanarts and non-problematic ships.
- Cute boys ♡
I do NOT accept
- NSFW, any kind of Zoophilia / Bestiality, Pedophilia, Political stuff.
- Hate art, such as racism, LGBTQIA+ phobia, etc.
- Complex Mecha.
Payment
- I accept payment via PayPal and Wise. USD or BRL (for brazilian users ONLY: Pix).
- I need to be paid first before starting the commission.
- I will refund ONLY and if an unforeseen happens and I am not able to finish your commission.
- If you give a refund in Paypal other than in the above situation, you will get blocked and blacklisted forever.
Before Ordering
- I don't send SAI files of your commission.
- Please credit me if you post your commission on your social media.
- You can use any purchased commission for non profit purposes only.
- If you want to use it for commercial purposes, you need to talk to me first so the value can be readjusted.
- I have the right to use all drawn images as portfolios or posts unless you pay for it to be a private art (+10%).
- It's prohibited to put watermarks on my artwork as it can create confusion about authorship.
Work Process
- I will send you a screenshot of the sketch for you to approve. Once you confirm that everything is okay, I will finish the art for you.
- Small changes can be made after the sketch, but complex changes require an extra charge.
- After finished, I'll send you an email with the image for you to download. Please be aware that my email may end up in the spam box.
Adopts TOS
- You send the payment first.
- If you want to return the character to me for any reason I'm ok with that but I don't accept refunds.
- All rights to the character I give to you.
- Adopts will not be sold to suspicious accounts.
- No holds.
I have the right to decline working for you again if you: disrespect me, make me really uncomfortable, stress me or harass me.
