What they're doing is illegal anyway. Any art created by their AI from this dataset will be a derived work. Copyright lawyers are going to have lots of fun with them once they figure out how the technology works.

yea, unfortunately the art community doesn't have the same big companies that the music industry have to combat this crap. If I heard right the tech bro did try it similar AI crap with music but that got shut down hard thanks to how protective those companies are of their music industry.

Sure, there are some uses for AI generates, like if you need thumbnails for youtube videos but don't have a budget to hire people to make them for you and little time to ask around for permission and stuff then sure, make some quick AI generations to put on there, that's fine with me. But spamming website with this crap and calling it your own as if you made it or even selling as adoptables is just total BS.
