I think one of the bigger misunderstood factors of us introverts is that many people when they hear the word "introvert" they think "oh they hate social interaction and seclude themselves". No, this does not mean we hate social interaction. We just prefer to take things slow and not get so bullheaded. I would rather take some time and think about what I want to say rather than blurt out stuff not thinking of potential consequences. Even the Bible says this:

Proverbs 17:28 "Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent."
Proverbs 21:23 "Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble."
Matthew 12:36-37 "I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

So with that being said, I'm not really into going to conventions, because it's too fast paced for me. Too much going on all at once. While I wouldn't mind conventions if I go with like a person or 2, but when you have to invite your whole school over, that wouldn't go too well for me lol. I don't do parties at all, and I hate it when people condemn me for not socializing or taking a role in the party. It's just a part of who I am. It's my personality. Just make things small for me, and don't push me to do stuff I don't want.
