Well hello everyone,
Alright I will be gone for most of tomorrow and probably all day on Wednesday. Why you may ask. Well its because I will be in court. YAY!!!! COURT!
At the end of last month I was pulled over by a state patrolman. I was speeding, doing 52 in a 45 mph zone. Well hadda hadda hadda I went to pay it a few weeks ago. I get there and the lady at the desk said, "That will be $725 dollars and you can hand over your driver's license." I said "WHAT!?" She said, "It says right here on the ticket that you were doing 70 in a 45." I couldn't believe it. After some things were said I said, "I will see y'all in court." So yeah, I'm not too worried about it, I have a defense built up. My main point is that my copy of the ticket does NOT have my signature on it. This means the cop could not follow simple procedure.
