I agree with that, but the tease of popping is what gets me excited, because when the subject pops, it's no longer inflated, and I don't like that to happen.
I want more fun with my big balloon buddies, I want to feel the fear of sudden popping as long as I can...
I don't know if you understand my orientation in this case

It's fine, I wasn't offended by anything your said. I knew some people wouldn't have been happy about it. Just decided it was time to put the gallery to rest after practically ignoring it for a decade.

No popping since it turns me off. I've tried it before and found it to be rather dull and disappointing, but that's my thought on it. I consider being able to contain such a high pressure or being able to stretch so massive as a showing of power and strength, which gets me really hot. I do hint at popping often, but never actually do so, I dunno, i'm just weird like that, I love seeing blimps and balloons swell huuuuuuge~ -.///.-

This sums it up for me. Popping signifies that the fun is over, and it just isn't fun, IMO, if you don't have the option to play again.

I would say the ideal balance would be one where the risk is certainly acknowledged to exist, but where it holds up until the fun is over, ergo it was okay to do it before and again.

I like the tease of popping like a climax, but the pop tends to be a turn off for me because I don't like "loss of life" crossing my mind. No popping or gore for me, it ruins the experience for me.

Personally, I'm a non-popper. I often prefer my expansive demises to just fly up and away!~

I like when popping is teased, implying that a character is at their limit, but I tend to dislike popping.

Deflation is also fun. Getting to the point that you can't take any more, forcing the air to vent itself out is hot as hell to me.

That being said, it's ultimately best to just draw whatever you want. Go with what you feel.

Not a fan of popping, personally. My Balloonosaurs were made explicitly so that they would be nigh impossible to rupture when inflated, even going so far as having their skin undergo rapid mitosis to counteract extreme tension. In my canon, if a Balloonosaur did rupture while inflated, it wouldn't be a full-on burst either, but rather like having a hole poked into them, causing them to fly around like a released balloon.

But as far as I'm concerned, the best kind of inflation is the kind that has no limits; that can keep going no matter how big/full the inflatee gets.

I'm a fan of it, especially when it rounds off a character's embarrassment at being a big tight balloon. Typically I'm only into perma/fatal popping if whoever it happens to really deserves it.

For me I prefer none popping but I have to admit seeing others pop is not bad and love the expression they make and enjoy seeing popping with others than myself.
