Can't say this years been the best and after the last few weeks it's definitely made the end of it a bit worse. Last few years I haven't had the best birthdays, a few being just normal days with a few birthday wishes being thrown my way, and others just making me want the day to be over. Depending on how the rest of the day today goes if things proceed like they have been so far then today might be a semi normal day but I'm fully expecting it to get worse before the end of the night.

Not sure if I'll do an end of year journal or not but hopefully it gets better before then and I can at least have some positivity going into the new year.
