I'm not having this issue, but have you tried other browsers to see if it exists there as well. Maybe try Firefox if you use Chrome or vice versa or Opera or Edge.

I'll give it a shot! Right now, I am trying to see if anything triggers it. The most recent upload I did I managed to get threw okay, you'll notice it's a shorter not so lore heavy entry then I usually do. The only difference is that I didn't leave the page at all. Just sat and typed. Usually, I'll bounce between my discord and my upload page to reply to people and then finish off my posts. SO many that is it. That you very much for your feedback. I really appreciate knowing the status of things here on FA. <3

Oh something else popped into my mind. I don't know if you use extensions in your browser, but maybe there's incompatibility with one of the extensions installed. But trying to figure out something like that is always a hassle.

Do you have a lot of tabs or windows open, things using resources running in background, or a spotty connection?

If you're using the newer UI, try switching to the classic one. If that fixes it, send a trouble ticket in with your browser info and such.

Maybe try it from a mobile device, or a desktop, the opposite of whatever you're currently using?

I didn't even know there Was a new UI! If I've been auto switched to it I wouldn't know. But I can try looking into it. Thank you! ^w^

In reading your other reply, it may be the bouncing between program apps, as Discord is "always updating," and uses more memory/cashe. If you have several of those types of things running, that could be it. What you type here is held in cashe, I believe. If you're running low on resources, it could freeze, especially as it was switched to "thinking" and using it for Discord, and possibly couldn't come back to what you had here, or it was pushed out of the cashe, and when you returned, it wasn't actually "here" or available as imaged, and froze. (The ooooold FA update journals that got several hundred replies would cause similar issues, because they had to load all the icons and text, and caused lag and crashing for some older phones.)

It's possible you need more RAM, processing power, or something is hogging resources in the background you may be unaware of. (System stuff, updates, or programs idling.)

I'm only guessing. I'm no techie or programmer. Just an old end user who remembers Windows 3.1, DOS, and floppy disks. X3

OH YANNO! I think I may have had something like that up! I don't quite remember as it was very early, and I was just exhausted. But I'll move forwards with limiting my programs up. I don't tend to keep a lot. But so far, these edits have made things better. I got up two posts fine. So I thank you very much! Hopefully things keep going well. <3
