Anti-AI

Just gotta say, this backlash against AI art is going overboard. Of course, we've all seen how out of hand it gets with people posting straight-up AI prompt-generated images. DA's front page is still infested with that zero-effort nonsense.
However, I feel an image with significant, transformative alterations and additions -- having used an AI image simply as a springboard for a genuinely original artistic creation, is perfectly valid.
If one more piece of mine gets removed for not having "artistic merit" me and this site are about to fight is alls I'm saying...

Sadly a bunch of misinformation is to blame, some outright ignorance, most of it outright lies by people who feel like their job is threatened and don't care about the morality of their actions.
Feels like fascism.
I made the analogy of heating up a frozen dinner and calling your-self a chef. Its fucking insane and the hubris of it is all is exhausting.
BUT: I definitely think if it is some generic big boobied lady with the stupid slightly open mouth and the person posts it, says they're an artist and you can tell they put PHYSICALLY no work into it-- yeah, go ahead and delete them.
I'm seeing furries over on u18 post generated images and patting them-selves on the back like they ACTUALLY did something. They still reheated a frozen dinner, or at BEST made Hamburger Helper and want to act like they're a cook now. It's so superficial. I detest it.

I was told that works with any AI components whatsoever, would be removed. And I said 'then that exact stipulation needs to be stated in the policy.' Well, now it is. Absolute idiocy. I'd love to see them try to rationalize their stance but we both know they can't.
