I think your prices are pretty fair. I wouldn't put them any lower cause then you'd be short selling yourself.

Paypal works exactly the same, except you can't pay with a card - You have to pay from your online funds (you know, the money that's there when you log on and it shows your online balance.)

I have a bank account attached to it that gets withdrawn from when I pay people. I don't have anything in my online account balance on PayPal. it just deducts what's needed from my real bank account. Would that work?

Also, how are you at drawing horses and large cats?

It looks to be the common price. You don't want to raise it too much with what the economy in America is doing at the moment, and yet you don't want to short-sell yourself. It also depends how much time each pic takes. FOr instance, how long does a two character cell shaded work take you with a softer background? (gradient that fits the scene or somesuch like that) because if I read right that's 20$ - 25$.
