Easing up a bit for Mental Health

Hey all. I've had a spike in like anxiety or maybe depression lately, so I am going to slow down a little bit until I can get sorted out. I'm not sure what caused the spike, since I had been feeling OK the last few weeks before.
Anyway, the point is that I am trying to relax more and do like yoga and therapy and going outdoors more often. All that is cutting into drawing time, so I will be slowing down. I think I had been posting like twice a week? So expect me to slow down to like once a week, and then maybe less frequently than that once I catch up on things I have waiting to post.
