By accepting my commission, you agree that you are over 18 and agree to all terms of this TOS.
Commissions are paid in advance.
As I am someone a bit new to drawing other species, I will require that along with your reference you pass me images of the poses to draw, to have a more visual guide of what you intend to do.
PayPal, Payoneer. and USD only.
Bilingual (I can communicate in Spanish perfectly/ English only by text) Spanish preference.
I own the rights to the artwork.
The commissioner owns their OC's and the same for their respective id's if applicable.
SFW only.
Send SFW reference sheet (or in its absence NSFW with that content censored).
What I will draw:
I will draw Sergals, Dragons and another feral/anthro species.
I can draw your OC following the reference sheet
Or (If a Sergal and if the customer prefers) trying to follow
the canonical standards.
I can do some gore/blood. (Depending on what you ask)
But no sexual content.
What I will not draw:
Bara.
Breasts (Specific to Sergals),
Taurs. (Any art in general)).
1. You have the right to upload smaller version with watermark and crediting.
2. large modifications only at sketch stage, small modifications allowed before coloring.
3. WIP (work-in-progress shots) only will be delivered marked and in reduced resolution.
4. If the final version of the commission has been sent to the commissioner and no response has been received after one week, the commission is considered complete.
5. The same applies if the commissioner has uploaded the artwork to public gallery before the end of this week.
6. I have the right to upload realized commissions to my account. (With watermark and OC accreditation).
7. I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund you the full amount of it, if I feel I cannot meet my minimum quality standards on the piece.
8. Storage of commissions: once the commission is completed and sent to you, you are responsible for saving, storing and backing it up.
9. Your commission space will be reserved for a maximum of 48hs while waiting for confirmation of payment, if not, a new space in the list will be opened for interested parties and your space will be cancelled.
10. You may not sell my art as crypto-art, sell it as NFT or include it in any cryptocurrency market.
