"City of Gains" Now Available and Future Book Price Incre...
I've officially released a new fantasy weight gain novel, "City of Gains"!
Elias Brewer has spent the last six years of his life avoiding his hometown of Evington at all costs. Living in Evington means living with an ancient curse that causes the populace to inevitably gain a tremendous amount of weight, and the lean maned wolf fled as soon as he could. But now familial obligations have finally forced him to return home and confront his fears.
A lot has changed in six years. While Elias has remained thin, his family and friends have all grown fatter. Some want him to remain for good, regardless of the weight he’ll gain. Others are eager for him to escape the curse that has left them heftier than ever. If Elias doesn’t make a choice quickly, it’ll be made for him as the pounds steadily pile on.
You can read a preview chapter Here.
The full novel can be purchased in PDF form on my Itchio (https://indigorho.itch.io/city-of-gains) and for the Kindle Here. A paperback version should also be available in the next two or three weeks.
"City of Gains" was originally serialized through my Patreon, where the first draft can still be found for patrons. I want to thank my patrons again for making the novel possible, and others that have been serialized there since. I never expected to take this long to officially publish it, but a lot of projects kept my attention late last year, so it was delayed. I'm happy to finally be able to share it with a broader audience.
Aside from the new book release, I also wanted to give a heads-up that I'll be increasing all of my prices starting March 1st. I'll be adjusting the prices of everything I've previously published, not just future works. When I first began self-publishing, I wasn't sure anyone would be interested in my longer work, and rather severely underpriced myself. Weeks, sometimes months of effort goes into these works, from conceptualizing the idea, to outlining it, to writing it, and finally editing it. And that's on top of finally formatting it into something presentable. I want to write for a living in the future, which means I need to price my work accordingly. Novelettes will be $4, Novellas will be $6, Novels under 90,000 words will be $8, and novels over 90,000 words will be $10. Paperbacks will also be increasing to $20 due to printing costs (right now I actually earn less when I sell a printed copy than a PDF copy).
No price changes will go into effect until March 1st, so you still have some time to snag my work at the original prices before then! And thank you everyone for the support you've given my writing. I can't begin to express my gratitude.

How much has changed between the serialized patreon version and the full novel version? Is it mainly just some typo/grammatical fixes, or have more large things been reworked or changed?

OP
Mainly grammatical fixes, along with touched-up lines scattered throughout (but no new chapters or events).

This story about Elias Brewer intrigued me. I would like to buy myself a book. Thanks to the writer. I generally admire modern writers who work prolifically and publish their books. It's hard to imagine how much time and effort is spent on all this. I would also like to be a writer, but I don't feel I have the talent. I struggle with regular college writing assignments, so I constantly use https://assignmentbro.com/us/ and other resources I can find online. I don't even know how to learn to write so that it is interesting for others. I read a fair amount, but it doesn't help me develop my writing skills. So I'm left to use assignment help and figure out how to handle written assignments. I should not even dream of my book. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I want to get some advice.

Congratulations! I am also a writer and I understand what an incredible feeling it is when a book appears and it is interesting for readers.
