I accept payment before I begin. I generally have a fast turn around, but please ping me if you don't hear from me.
Lits' Terms of Service

Please remember that this TOS exists not only to protect me but also anyone who owns artwork I have created.
❥ By accepting art from Lits, you agree to these terms of service.
❥ Don't be a dick.
Refund Policy
❥ Unless I state otherwise, I generally finish art within 1 week of receiving payment.*
❥ After lineart begins, partial refund is available.
❥ After coloring a substantial amount, I do not do refunds because the art is nearly completed.
*There have been times where it has taken longer to get art from me such as when I was a psycho who did an iron-artist commission challenge and accepted wayyyy too much work at once. I am human, sometimes I do stupid things or even may forget a deadline. If this EVER happens please feel free to send me a note, leave a comment or contact me via twitter or instagram. I want to make you happy and make art that you enjoy, above all else!!!
What you can do with your Artwork by me
❣❣❣ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING only apply if the artwork that contains some element that you own, such as your character.
❣❣❣ IF YOU DO NOT OWN ANY PART OF THE ARTWORK, YOU MAY NOT REPOST IT ANYWHERE OR ALTER IN ANYWAY.
❥ You may only repost with credit to the artist and characters used (if possible).
❥ If you add to the work in any way, give me credit for my part.
❥ You may resell my artwork if it is attached to a character you are selling or some other entity that you have put artistic effort into.
Auctions
❥ Do not bid if you cannot pay that amount of money.
❥ If I catch you backing out of a bid, I will blacklist you. Backing out is not only inconsiderate to the artists, but also to previous bidders.
Payment
❥ Paypal, boosty or maybe cash app are some payment options I can accept. I prefer paypal.
❥ Prices are always listed in USA Dollars.
❥ I will not begin working until I receive payment.
❥ I reserve the right to refuse to take on a commission but I usually will take a stab at anything.
