I had been i the hospital 5 times 60+/- days total, then one week early Jan last year and things had gotten cluttered...I was even more crippled than normal and could not do rhe straitening.

they waited till half way thru the month AFTER my rent was paid and I was all out of money...

also as an amusing PSHAW! aside.

they SPENT THEIR OWN MONEY! just to move a drunken bully me and the other room mat had put papers on INTO the apartment!!!

I talked to a couple. Most think my case is pretty weak in Texas. Have to prove intentional and my mental anguish could be labeled as being in hospital for a year now.

You dont have to prove jack-shit except that this happened. Of course it wasnt intentional, but its still a violation of your rights. They should at least offer a payment plan or something like that. And theyre not doing that. Thats a violation.
