Commission Rules and TOS

Rules:
By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules and conditions.
These may be changed without notice.

+ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
+ I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
+ Any and all characters commissioned must be either owned by you, or must have permission from the character's owner. Characters from popular franchises will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
+ You may not use my art to harass or abuse anyone else including, but not limited to behavior which is aggressive, rude, sexual harassment or blackmail.

+ Full Payment is due up-front before any work begins.
+ If you need to cancel your commission, you will be granted a refund based on how much work has been completed. Please note that due to PayPal fees, you may not receive the full amount.
+ If you need to cancel your commission after work has begun, you will be sent all work completed so far.
+ If your commission is terminated due to inappropriate behavior (harassment, rudeness, etc), I will not refund your payment and you will be blacklisted immediately from ordering again.

+ You will be provided with sketches and WIP updates during the commissioning process.
+ During the sketch period, edits and adjustments will be free and accepted. After the sketch page all further edits will be between $15-$30 depending on complexity.
+ Please be patient. I will do my best to keep you updated on the progress, and will let you know if delays are expected.
+ Upon completion, you will be sent a full-res image of your commission.

+ I retain all commercial rights to any commissions I create. I do not claim ownership of any character which isn't my own creation.
+ You are free to upload any artwork done by me to any website/social medias you want as long as credit is given.
+ If you do not want me to publish your artwork, you must let me during the ordering stage before I start work.
