I haven’t been okay for a long time.
I pretty much had a complete breakdown today after confronting a medical problem I’ve suffered for years. While the medical problem isn’t life threatening, the consequences of not dealing with it sooner will likely affect me for quite a while. But I will get better. Thank you all.
