Hey everyone) I'm back with some news. Now I'm registering with a Polish company in order to legalize the income from drawing. PayPal'll change again (now I'll be have a business account with invoicing). Drawing'll move from the status of a hobby into the status of an official work. At the moment I'm waiting for the completion of all the formalities and soon I hope to return to active drawing and development in this field of activity)
