When you've been deeply depressed and anxious so you buy some snacks to help you feel better but then you eat way too much way too fast and make yourself violently ill but as a kid you unwisely trained yourself not to throw up because it was awful so now you can't throw up and it's worse so you're stuck in the bathroom praying to entities you aren't sure exist but you really hope they do as you ask them to please just get this shit out of you and you promise never to do this to yourself again meanwhile you're so uncomfortable and desperate to feel relief but now your clothes feel like they're constricting you and suffocating you so you take everything off and sit naked sweating on the toilet on the edge of tears because you feel alone and scared and you wish someone was there to take care of you and make you feel better but there isn't anyone and you wouldn't want them to see you in this state and so it's up to you so you start singing Smash Mouth's All-Star to distract yourself from your suffering but you've gotta be quiet because it's 3am and everyone else is asleep so you're not so much singing as you are whimpering that you're Not The Sharpest Tool in the Shed and it's about that time that you picture Shrek triumphantly bursting out of his outhouse but you're in a delirium so it's all warped and distorted and the only thing you can focus on is that Shrek was green and you like green and you listened to frogs chirping to help you sleep last night and frogs are green and some can change their gender at will and you've really been vibing with frogs lately and anyway that's how you decided your fursona probably should be a cute frog.
