Any advice on auctions? How do they usually do it?

Usally the SB (starting bid) is the minimum you should accept to complish the art. MI (minimum indicate) is the steps what ppl can bid, it is optional tho. And AB is what you expect to complish the art. It can be any price you name. With that the auction is end and you can contact the bider. :3

You don't always have to include a MI (Minimum Bid Increment) and/or a AB (Autobuy) for every auction you do, but I would highly encourage it.

There is also YCHs you can do that are just a flat price, and it can be just a single slot you're willing to accept (so basically first come, first serve to whoever claims it) or you can have multiple slots for the same YCH. I will once again post examples of both so you can visually see it:

I think you should feel free to ask for as much as you want, you work with the drawing, and if you feel it is a lot, then ask based on that.
But I think 60-80 euro for a full body

It may seem like a lot to customers, but it's worth it, especially since you work in great detail!
