FA put in some pretty no-AI rules in the new terms of service. I'm pretty sure you can report it. InkBunny allowed it but it has to be called out and you have to show your process and prompts.

Yah, that's bullshit and should be reported. On top of FA's rules, I don't think any of the Stable-Diffusion-based models (and definitely not Dall-E) allow for commercial redistribution of created work as part of the agreed license for using it.

Even under InkBunny's rules, there would be no point in getting an adopt from AI generated work, because you could literally just take the prompt and the seed and go run it yourself for much cheaper.

Agreed. The person in question got rid of them from FA but is still low-key selling them via gumroad despite diverting attention to a different site to sell their adopts.

From what I heard anyone who doesn't pay the monthly fee for Blue ✓ pretty much goes invisible in the public feed.
