FA staff thinks they know better than artists themselves

As many of you may know by now, FA is updating their policy/rules about """"minors"""" content, and I put that many quotes because the only ones deciding what is a minor and what isn't is FA staff. Enterely subjective and arbitrary.
I've been trying my best to follow the rules, avoiding certain body types even if they aren't cubs, but these new rules makes it hard to agree with.
At this point I'm not even sure which part of my gallery can cause me a ban, or if my OCs are considered cubs by FA even when they aren't.
So, just to keep this short, I won't deal with other people paranoia, I won't delete a single picture of my gallery, and FA won't be the ones deciding if my chars are cubs or not. We artists are the ones who creates the artwork and we know well the intention behind our work, it would be a mistake to let FA or anyone else to decide what is the intention or meaning behind our own creations.
So in case I get unfairly banned, you can find me over these sites:

these changes make this rule incredibly easy to abuse my malicious artists.
honestly, I hope they rethink this, and they likely will once they realise exactly how much work they have made for themselves.
also i would say that it would be a good intention to restrict nfsw content of underage characters, however this policy change has some very glaring flaws (namely minors being allowed in vore etc. (Like W.T.A.F?))
they way they are going about all this is certainly misguided and ill conceived.
Remember, the current state of the policy, including clarifications, is that a feral Riolu with a boner is bannable, but if you transform a fully clothed pregnant thirteen year old human into a Riolu while it's being eaten alive, THAT'S fine.
I can't imagine it has anything to do with the owner being into vore or over-eating or something of the sort

Since Vore is considered a FETISH and the child was involved in vore scenarios but not in a fetish way.
Still long story short we checked with the FA staff and everything was ok.
It's just kinda sad that they don't trust us artist about this sorta stuff.

If you don't like it, go somewhere else. Just know that if a site moderates their content in any way, no matter how miniscule it is, they are legally responsible for moderating all of their users' content, which means they are also liable if any of it is found to be illegal. Thus, the only places you'll find that won't ever crack down on your "right" to show 100-year-olds with 10-year-old bodies or what have you aren't going to be moderating any content uploads, nor any comments, so you'll have no real recourse if you get harassed on there.
For your information, my account is "empty" because I usually don't have something to say, but this utter lack of self-awareness really rankles me. Just admit that you're a closet pedo. They're just cartoon characters, so nobody cares, right?
No one is defending pedo, we are defending characters that aren't underage and artists who are being affected and dont draw underage content, being unfairly flagged and banned.
FA contradicts themselves in the rules by specifically allowing Vore/Vorarephilia on children, which is by definition a sexual fetish and also allowing 14 year old pregnancy. Banning Gatomon who is a champion ("adult") digimon, but not Guilmon who is a rookie ("child") digimon. Their rules makes no sense.
And just so you know, you also have content in your favorites that can be considered "underage" by the FA staff, make your own conclusions, and if you end deleting that faved pic, it means you were aware when faving it.
I have banned you from commenting, I don't allow senseless conflict in my journals.
"FA doesn't want to get into legal trouble" - UNLESS it is their own fetish, which is a hill they'll force everyone to die on~
It's just too bad for them that they'll be dying on said hill, the artists will be just fine - FA lives due to the artists, not the other way around.
As in - no, want to ban me? Go ahead.
I'm not 100% sure about me, but I think you'll find fans elsewhere if need be, you do fine work
