Commission Terms and Conditions

By requesting and paying for a commission, you agree to the following:
1. Commission Process:
a. Requests: Fill out my Google Form, clearly describing the artwork you want, including any specific details or references. I can work off of text but any visual reference (photo, ref sheet, clothes, pose, sketch, color palette, etc.) is very helpful.
b. Pricing and Payment: Pricing is listed on the form and on my Commission Info. To secure your commission, you are required to pay a deposit of half the total payment upfront. After I show you the finished piece, you must pay the other half to me before I send over the original files. NOTE: I only accept payment through Paypal.
c. Acceptance: I have the right to accept or decline any commission request based on my availability and artistic preferences. If accepted, I will confirm the commission and provide an estimated timeline for completion.
2. Artwork Creation and Delivery:
a. Artistic Freedom: I will create the piece based on your request, but I retain artistic freedom in interpretation and style.
b. Revisions: I am open to reasonable revisions during the creation process, but major changes that significantly alter the original concept may require an additional fee. You may ask for a WIP at any point. I will always send you the sketch to approve it before I move on, as that is the easiest point to make revisions.
If you need to alter your request or decide to make a change, just ask me through email/dm/note.
c. Delivery: Once the piece is completed, I will provide you with .PNG files through email or Google Drive.
3. Restrictions:
a. Age: You must be 18+ to commission/purchase from me.
b. Content:
I will not create artwork that is homophobic, transphobic, racist, discriminatory, contains hate speech, or pedophilia. (ethical)
I will not draw: heavy mecha or technology, architecture, and certain fetishes (scat, inflation, diaper, etc. just ask if unsure). (preference)
I can/will draw: NSFW, SFW, anthro, (I am best with feminine bodies), bondage, blood and gore, wings/tails/extra limbs, transparent objects/body parts (slime etc), LGBT+ content, humans, fanart, backgrounds from references.
c. Copyright Infringement: I will not produce a replica/copy of another piece of art. All art is done in my personal style.
d. Commercial Use: Unless explicitly agreed upon, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes.
4. Deposit and Refunds:
a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of half the base payment is required upfront to secure your commission slot.
b. Refunds: Once the commission is started, that deposit becomes non-refundable. I will also not refund the final payment as I have finished the commission at that point.
5. Ownership and Copyright:
a. Ownership: I retain full ownership and copyright of the commissioned artwork (not the character).
b. Artist Usage: I will most likely post the finished piece on my social platforms. I will credit you as the person who commissioned me unless otherwise requested (you may choose to be anonymous).
c. Customer Usage: You may use my artwork in any way as long as it meets my ethical guidelines (see 3b above). Do not remove my signature. If you post the piece somewhere, I would appreciate credit linked to one of my platforms (but the signature is all that is required).
