Adopts Terms and Conditions

Payment
a. Payment exchange via PayPal only. Please provide me an email and I will send an invoice. After payment goes through, I will transfer the ownership of the character and send the .png files to your email.
b. You must be 18+ to use PayPal and to purchase my adopts with money.
c. Changes to the adopts can be made for an additional fee, just ask about the changes you want.
d. Payment plans and holds are fine with me, but I prefer to do it all at once because the fees are lower lol :P just ask me.
Usage and Changes
a. My adopts are for personal use, not commercial
b. You may change the design in any way you'd like without permission. This includes changing their gender, sexuality, pronouns, species, description, etc. Please keep the design recognizable. The only restriction is that my designs cannot be used for hatespeech, pedophilia, racism, AI, etc. You can ask me if you are unsure.
c. If you have your characters hidden/authorized only, please authorize me, as I really enjoy seeing what people do with the characters and checking to make sure they're still there.
d. Keep my signature on the original art.
e. The design notes I write on characters' profiles are just my own ideas I had when designing. You can use as much or as little of that information as you want. I will not be offended if you delete it <3
f. Don't delete the character's profile, please.
Resale
a. You may resell the character for its base value plus any added value for art, etc.
b. If the adopt was traded for a character or art, its base value can be the minimum offer value if needed.
c. If the adopt was won via raffle, the character's base value is $0, and can be sold for the value of added art, etc.
If you ever lose the files or need anything from me, don't hesitate to message me. I will be happy to help.
