I don't think anyone finds these types of journals surprising anymore. The inconsistency of the staff and vagueness of new policies - not to mention the clarifications we got after! - has shaken up the entirety of the community. Trust in the site's longevity has been put into question, and people flocks to every other site they can think of to ensure their existence isn't wiped from the internet, just because of rules that lacks definition for both users and staff alike to follow, and enforced by moderators on a power trip.

In the light of it all, I too will now be found elsewhere. This doesn't mean I'm leaving FA, but that I aim to have my presence on multiple sites! My content and commissions are aimed for the adult audience, with exclusively adult characters in any mature situations presented. I don't expect anything to change for me after the policy update goes through. But should something happen, I will be on Itaku as well for the foreseeable future! Hope to see lots of folks move there as well!
