The following is an internal memo for Intergalactic Hivemind Management Organization personnel assigned to the Otter-Snek species. A number of individuals who pose an existential threat to the Otter-Snek species have been identified.

Cano the Pignite
Cano has repeatedly voiced his desires to consume the entirety of the Otter-Snek species. He also has shown an interest in extreme growth to further this goal. At this point Cano's motives are unknown, though simple hedonism is assumed. It is recommended that we keep a close eye on this individual due to his close connection with the species.
Arti Varreacher
Our data sleuths have uncovered a detailed plan laid out by Arti for complete subjugation of the Otter-Snek species. This plan includes influencing Otter-Snek diplomats, commodifying the Otter-Snek species (as food, mostly) and eventually using the species as a universal, self-replenishing food source. Despite the Otter-Sneks' disposition toward masochism this is still considered a major ethics violation.
Joseph Greifenstein
Joseph is a macro who earned a spot on our watchlist after an unauthorized landing on the Otter-Snek homeworld followed by a 14 hour long rampage through a major city. Since then similar incidents have occurred on a smaller scale. Our analysts suggest Joseph is simply a sadist who has found an easy target, though research is ongoing.
