New note scam thing going around? Be careful folks!

Hey everybody.
I just saw some folks on twitter talk about a scam that is apparently going around. From what I gathered the note from an account pretending to be another artist basically tries to scam you that a comm bid opened up for your request and wants you to send money. Just thought I'd post a warning here and spread info just in case. Please be careful everybody and keep an eye on suspicious things!

I have had two people within the last month (one on here and one on twitter) who started sending me messages either demanding I commission artwork from them or that I commission certain artwork from artists they liked. Needless to say, I blocked them both.
Me: "Can you fix this, please?"
Stinky Musky: "Sorry, I only can think about getting rid of fake ladies."
Me: "..."
