My favoured Drone Scenarios are usually kidnap style - so whether that is a mad scientist experimenting, a super villain creating a squeaky rubbery army..we know a few..or aliens (which I think you can get more creative with)
So let's say kidnapped by Aliens, and dragged into a vacuum rubbery slimey pod. Tentacles and the likes raiding every sensitive part of your being. As you are sealed skin tight.
The pod closes hiding you away.
Inside you are broken with pleasure while implanted with a connection to the alien hive. Once your broken from the over pleasure and influence you are released in the suit of rubber goo, body forever gleaming one part of your mind is aware but not enough to stop the still pleasuring goo as the aliens give you orders..to kidnap more? To clean the ship or the kidnapping aliens?

I've always like helmets and masks that latch onto dudes heads. Also henshin watches.
Big fan of droning machines like cars or spaceships that strap in the victim to give em an intense session.
My usual go to scenario is like some henchmen or villain getting stuck in a rubber hero suit that forces them to do good deeds.

My favorite ones are:
1) Slow burn brainwashings where the character doesn't notice much that their mind is being molded into something "better". Like with a uniform you have to wear with a matching visor or earbuds that slowly changes how you think.
2) In a similar but slightly different route, brainwashings where the character is slowly convinced to or forgets about the strange things. Like where a chastity cage goes from being frustrating to being okay with it to it making you a "good drone."
3) Being hired for a service job of some kind (butler, bodyguard, bouncer, bar server) and having the on-the-job training be learning your role~

I would also note that there's something about horse and sheep drones that really gets me going. XD

Some kind of in person hands on contact. In my case, my eyes are hypnotic. So easy to catch my prey.

Living rubber/robotic drone experiment escapes confinement and slowly stalks the ship looking for you, to exact a permanent latex drone fate, blowing you a kiss before sealing you away.

Possession. :P You just get possessed by a network and turned into a drone~

Factory settings. People considered raw resources and slowly converted step by step in an industrial setting.

Slow burn stuff is great too, but that's not specific for drones to me.

Well, I recently read that good story of yours about drone horses working in a bar owned by an anthro horse. It would good to see a second part...

And I like that mad scientist stuffs, and hive minds, but not the light stuff as "it's a way to communicate and influence you to work for us" but the style like "good to have access to your knowledge but now you belong to us and you'll loose your personality"
