FA+...? FA- seems to be more likely.

Hello again everyone!
Apologies for what can seem like a rant at first but I've honestly spent most of the day aside from what was spent uploading images trying to figure something out.
So, at a glance at FA+, the first thing I had saw was that it allowed for 4k images to be uploaded which seemed nice at first as almost all my more recent creations have been made in 4K resolution. (Which haven't been uploaded yet). As I looked deeper though, a massive problem stood out that was a main reason for why everyone I asked did not get FA+.
While the resolution size allowed was doubled from 2K to 4K... There is NO change in permitted source file size before or after upload, which is capped at 10 MB.
To those who do traditional artwork, this might not be a common issue but for those of us who do artwork in the realms of Source Filmmaker, Blender or other 3D Software. It's a MAJOR PROBLEM.
To give an example; an image in 1080 resolution for SFM clocks in at around 7.9MB. These images have formed the backbone of my backlog that many of you have seen up to now and can be uploaded with no issue. 4K images however, clock in at around 32-33MB... See the problem here?
Without significantly compressing the image in post editing, the image is completely unable to be uploaded to here with the current File Sizes permitted, an issue felt by many other Digital Artists here I'm sure.
I've still got dozens of works yet to upload until I reach the point where these 4k renders come into play but until then, I'm finding myself at an impasse when it comes to options...
If anyone is able to offer some kind of assistance or advice, I'd be all ears to hear you out.

Yup. The resolution limit is absurd. It should be strictly a file size limit. The original 10mb for regular accounts, something more sensible for FA+ accounts. But video options should be given their own file size limitations given the nature of them. 10mb is a joke.
