So, if you're an artist and wondering where your engagement went, Twitter just shadowbanned every follower account that isn't itself an influencer account. If you don't have enough followers, you can't reply, like, or follow other people. Basically, small accounts that just follow artists they like, like mine, are being locked out of Twitter unless they pay for the blue check. Can't even DM people because small accounts are apparently "bots".

So, good bye to Twitter. I'm on Mastadon, but honestly, that site makes it so hard to find people if you don't have any other way to get to them, so meh. If you want me to follow you on some other site, feel free to leave a comment and I'll see about following you if I use that service/site.
