Actually, you DO draw better than a year ago.

Its only hard to notice the chance yourself. I had the same experience when i tried to draw and improve myself with practice and new things. I had the feeling that my art didnt change much and then people told me that my newer pics look way better than the ones i made a few years ago.

But why I losing activity in this case? Srsly less people pay attention to my art than a year ago. And most ridiculous that since previous year I got +400 new watchers, but activity is much lower. I'd understand if I had a lot of bots here like it's happening on my fetish DA account, but I almost don't see empty accounts in new watchers.

Well, that's actually something that a LOT of artists experience. Even the big ones. There is actually no good explanation for this phenomenon, but its surely not the artists fault.

It's easy to be your own worst critic. Much harder to be your own best fan!

I'm improving for 16 years already.
I was never lucky in this community, not so many people were interested in my art most of years. Thing changed only in 2019 when my accounts finally started to grow and even new FA account reached 200 watchers in a year (my previous accounts here never reached even this number, they both existed much more years than current). And I thought that I reached at least something, but... Nothing changed except number of watchers. My drawings mostly still getting less than 100 views and only about 30 faves even after a month, I had the same results in the beginning of 10s, but I hadn't more than 1000 watchers. This meaning that people really not interested and the only reason why this happening is that my art is shit I guess.

The only thing which have more activity is inflation drawings. But mostly people watching this only because this is inflation, they really don't care who drew this. I even started to hate this stuff because of this and didn't draw it as personal art MORE THAN A YEAR (except failed donation drive which and "special" for 1000 watchers). Damn, I even very happy every time when people asking me to draw commissions without inflation!

see, that's where you made the mistake. you shouldn't compare yourself to others. you have your own style and way of things, so stay in your tracks, keep up the work, and stay positive. that's all that matters.

But I don't compare myself with other, now I doing this with myself from past! Even a year ago things were much better, but now... Looks like people lost interest to my art and I don't see any reasons except that my art is fucking crap.

There's a lot of things going on in the world at the moment, and a lot of people don't have the same time they used to have in the past. Not to mention a lot of FA users are leaving for other websites. The only reason I can think of regarding you getting less attention, being that you don't draw all that many kinks. Which is okay! But it's gonna influence your audience too. You choose what you want and don't want to draw, nobody should convince you otherwise. But artists that draw more fetish stuff simply have that advantage over you. It's nothing personal or about the quality of your art that your views have been dropping. But your audience is simply smaller :/
And you're not the only artist either, there's plenty out there that are posting reminders for their own art because they're not getting the views they once got. It's not a you problem, it's something that's been going on with a lot of artists for a while now

But I didn't mean only FA: same situation on each website, even on DA where recomendations working very good now and new drawings also appears on the top of main page.
Yeah, I drawing less fetish stuff now, but this depends on commissions: my commissioners more interested in SFW drawings last year.

I find myself talking shit on my own art and then keep surprising myself with my own art. I am not as popular as you are but I find my art skills improving over time, trying new things. I find that your art skills is better than mine and I appreciate your arts.

I'm not popular too. The only difference between our accounts is that I have more watchers and I got so many only because I drawing inflation sometimes. And most of these people interested only in inflation: my other drawings reaching more than 100 views (not to mention faves), very rarely. My previous accounts existed much longer than current one and I never reached more than ~300 watchers. Same could be now without inflation.

Privileged? Dude, people buying my commissions only because of a pity and only when I making posts that I have money problems, what are you talking about?
Nobody never wrote me: "Hey, I like your art and want to commission you", every time it's starts from something like: "I heard you're in trouble". Nobody asked me is my commissions opened, this never happened even when they were closed. And of course when I just opening commissions and don't explain why I doing this - nobody writing me for weeks!
