So my health problems got to a head when i suddenly received a pain i couldnt comprehend and it made doing anything impossible. I ended up having to go to the ER cause i literally didnt know what was going on. After a bunch of tests, and a LONG ass wait time, turned out I ended up with kidney stones XD;;

Im currently home and recovering. Got a lot of pills to take. Basically need to fix my diet habits. Go out more, eat less, focus on gut health. Cause man im kinda struggling with that as of late. Its really cutting into my productivity. Dont worry though, as youve seen im starting to bounce back a lil. Hopefully Ill recover fast and be 100% soon.

Kidney stones are a bitch.

I had gallstones, idk how similar they are but my gallbladder was removed.

Damn stones be hurtin' us. Take care of yourself.

Oof man, health stuff is hard. I've had to change my diet myself and it really sucks. I miss being able to eat whatever. Make sure you take care of yourself, being dead isn't a good thing and everyone would be sad ;w;. At least it wasn't something dire (even though kidney stones are awful) I hope you feel better soon man.

bit of an odd question, do you drink alot of mountain dew? i had kidney stones back in 01 due to drinking alot of mountain dew (drank for lunch, supper and anytime i was thirsty) doctors told me mountain dew is much worse ofna soda for kidney stones than any other kind. since then i havent drank a drop of MD and ive not had any kidney issues since.

i used to have soda a lot of the time. now i typically drink only water. ive also been cutting out a lot of the high sugar stuff i used to have daily.

I had Kidney stones a few years back due to drinking chocky milk for a week straight in the morning and at night. I've heard Kidney stones can even form when people drink water so... I guess don't drink or eat too much of the same thing.

ive cut my soda to 2 a day (lunch and supper) due to caffine withdrawl. but something you might want to start doing is once a month (what i do) get a 6pack of beer to "flush your kidneys" supoosedly cranberry juice does the same, i just cant stand cranberry juice

Kidney stones do be a bitch. I've gotten them twice and wouldn't wish that shit on anyone. Lemonade is supposed to help prevent them. The natural kind not the super sugary store bought kind.

Good to hear you're alright and it's not anything too serious, kidney stones suck but unless they get too big and start blocking things they're just a matter of getting them to pass. Which, unfortunately, is a painful process.

Ey yo, I had kidney stones too, and just so you know.... you'll never recover, you're doomed just like me..... OH yeah, also, Apple cider vinegar helps dissolve stones and prevent them from happened, so it would be wise to find some apple cider vinegar pills in a vitamin store or something, and Cranberry extract will help strengthen your kidneys as well!

And if the pain gets too much, ask about getting your stone blasted, they put you under, then use sound waves to crush up the stones. You'll be sore for a while, but it stops the pain. Tbh, I legit JUST had to go through this! Except I had 8mm stones in both kidneys! Hurt like hell, and it happened during a city wide power outage too!

As I've had 3 different instances of kidney stones, I empathize with what you're going through. I know how painful they can be! They say lemon juice helps, so that may or may not be a thing for you to try. Well wishes on your recovery!
