That's kind of why I had to go to Kindle / Google Books and ebooks, I simply ran out of ROOM for more paperbacks!

I have a lot of ebooks too, and don't mind more...just sometimes I prefer physical copies

I honestly like physical copies as well, I just don't have the space for even a fraction of my library as hardcopy any more.

What about audio books?

would have a harder time focusing on audio...always have to have something to do with my hands, so holding a book or e-reader helps there

I'm half tempted to advert my fantasy book in here you might enjoy but, since you said its a silly post, I shan't. Books are good though.

I hear you, Kitty. I am in much the same situation. I had to store my books in double-rows at my current place - and still don't have room for all of them.
Sure, Ebooks are nice, but nothing beats a physical book in my opinion. Even though they are a major pain in the tail when moving to a new place.

I used to double up the books too when I was using walmart bookshelves...then I was able to get enough scrap from my last job, and built wall-to-wall shelving in my library...9 years later and they are full and I have books in 5 of the 6 rooms I use in this house

That sounds like quite the collection. I like that. I simply don't have the room for that though.
