3D resin printing?
So, I used some rewards points from work, got amazon gift cards, and ordered a resin printer...the Saturn 4 12k ultra...bundled with UV cure station, and wash
and I don't even qualify as a beginner yet (and it is not here yet)
so many questions
what is the best safe and reliable place I can get free/cheap stl files to practice with?
where would be good places to get furry/wolf/werewolf stl files? Blaid, Sif, Holo, etc.
I have no idea if the printer comes with a program to view/edit stl files...if not, what would be the best computer program?
I'm sure there are a hundred more things to ask, but don't even know where to begin
thank you for any help/advice!
also...any links to stl files that you really enjoyed?

'where would be good places to get furry/wolf/werewolf stl files? Blaid, Sif, Holo, etc.'
Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/) might be a good place to start for free models, though the search function is kinda hit and miss.
Cults3d (https://cults3d.com/en) is another site you can try, but some of the models are paywalled.
Resin 3d printing is good if you're aiming to make things with high detail, like WarHammer 40K figurines, or ship models.

Prusa Slicer (https://www.prusa3d.com/page/prusaslicer_424/) might be a good starting point to try, though if you want, you might try others to see which one might suit your preferences better, like Anycubic’s Photon Workshop or Zortrax’s Z-Suite.
As for making your own designs, Blender (https://www.blender.org/) might be a good starting point.
You've probably done some research regarding the safety procedures around Resin 3d Printers, but I'll re-iterate some of them.
Always, Always, Always wear protective gloves, safety glasses and facemask when handling the Resin, as they are fairly toxic when not cured.
After printing, wash thoroughly in the wash station.
Keep the printer, wash station and curing station in a well ventilated room/space that you can close off to your pets. The fumes can be nasty as well.
Keep the chemicals in a secure dark space.
You might want to set aside one or two containers to depose of failed prints and fluid wastage. Throw away/process it separately from your regular trash.
Most importantly: Take your time, don't need to rush through any of the post-processing steps.
kind of gotten used to hit and miss searches using Etsy
I had a resin and I used Chitubox
to add to thingiverse and Cults3d
for free models
Printables (www.printables.com)
for paid models
https://www.myminifactory.com/ this has a large number of minis and some statues type models
a news site
https://all3dp.com/ the will now and then have top model of the month, sometimes the will review resins, or other products around 3d printing, they also have reviews of some model sites.
There are a lot of good furry 3d printing groups on Telegram and Discord as well that can be *superb* sources of info.
Myminifactory is good for files too, and try find some Patreons that release monthly files like artisan guild
