It's that big of an emergency. But I got to know, between Elephant transformation Peach and Daisy... Which do you prefer?

I think this captures perfectly of Daisy's reaction and usage of her new elephant body.
My vote goes Daisy Elephant.
Rosalina or Bowsette does not count because I'm counting only the two princesses that look almost the same in terms of palette swap.
