If I can be brutally honest: That budget is unrealistic. You'd be hard pressed to find a pre-made partial fursuit for a generic mammal for less than $1,500. If you're looking for something entirely custom, $3,000 is likely the absolute floor and $4,000 to $6,000 is more realistic.

So go with the Charizard kigu (likely under $100 including shipping) and hold onto the rest to eventually get yourself the suit you really want.

Oh ya, I wasn't expecting anything. But it's for a friend so I figured I'd see if for some insane reason someone might know someone who'd be able to do it or had a charizard premade laying around.

Yeah. I didn't realize just how expensive they were these days until I looked into it. But at the same time, the cost doubling compared to what it was 10-12 years ago seems about right when you consider inflation everywhere else.
